TeknoFlas As quoted from Softpedia, Monday (06/01/2013), Sony Xperia Z1s will glide by carrying the 4.3-inch 720p display, a quad-core 2.2 GHz Snapdragon MSM8974 800, 2GB RAM, and 16GB of internal memory. This smartphone will also be equipped with a 20.7 MP rear camera, 2MP front camera, and 2300 mAh battery power.
Based tweet Evleaks uploaded via his Twitter account, the Sony Xperia Z1s will get the Android 4.4 OS update KitKat after launch. However, this smartphone will be available in the market with Android 4.3 Jelly Bean as the default operating system.
